The inclusion of any products or services on this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. Divines Breaks reserves the right to make changes to the website and its Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Order Acceptance/Confirmation - After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Break Policies- If you purchase a team in any break, PYT, Random Team, Random Division, ETC, and no cards from that team are drawn from the boxes you will receive product based off of the team purchased, weather that be from our shop, a pack of cards or other items disclosed in the break. Post break your order will be marked as full filled and tracking info will be updated .

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities - Divines Breaks may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Divines Breaks also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Using Online Coupons - Coupons are allowed at a rate at one per order when specified criteria is met. If for any reason a coupon is used twice on an order, we will be unable to honor both coupons and will remove the lesser value discount from your order. Coupons may not be eligible on some specially marked items.

Online Coupons, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Online Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Online Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

Paying for Your Order - You may pay for your orders with a major credit card issued (accepted cards listed below), Paypal®, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card.

Shipping Limitations - All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Divines Breaks shipping policy. Orders will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Sales Tax Policy - Divines Breaks is located in the state of South Dakota and collects and remits South Dakota sales tax as required by law.

Return & Exchange Policy

Trading Card Boxes/Cases, Autographed Memorabilia - Due to the volatile market on trading card unopened boxes and cases and to protect the authenticity of all certified autographed memorabilia that we sell, all sales of unopened trading card boxes and cases and autographed memorabilia are final.

Apparel - Clothing and other apparel returns are accepted as long as we are notified within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping to Divines Breaks.

Single Cards - If unhappy with the condition of a card or cards, customer may request a return or exchange if we are notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Game Used/Autos and Insert Ratios on Trading Card Products - Insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer.

Use of this Website - The design of this website and all text, graphics, information, content, and other material displayed on or that can be downloaded from this website are protected by copyright and other laws and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions or with prior written permission of the owner of such material.
